In this David and Goliath story, Dr. Karen Kinsell, the only doctor in rural Clay County, Georgia seeks to partner with a medical school in order to keep her clinic doors open. But differences emerge between this small town doctor and powerful medical university, revealing the inequities of healthcare and how money, politics and convenience determines who does and does not receive care.
